DEAR SIRS, AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO RETRIEVE SOME OF THE MONEY I, A SINGLE MOM OF TWO WORKED VERY HARD FOR THE LAST THRE YEARS TO TAKE MY CHILDREN ON THIS SUPPOSED FUN FILLED FAMILY CRUISE. WE WERE POISONED YES POISONED BY THE DISGUSTING FOOD THE SHIP SERVED US! ALSO WHEN BOARDING THE SHIP FIRST DAY I NOTICED VOMIT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOW NEXT TO THE ARCADE! THAT VOMIT STAYED THERE THROUGH THE WHOLE CRUISE. ALSO WATCHED A BARTENDER POUR A HALF DRANK BLOODY MARY BACK INTO MIX. I ASKED FOR A NURSE TO COME TO OUR CABIN. NO ONE CAME. MY CHILDREN STILL HAVE NIGHTMARES OF THE WHOLE ORDEAL.

THERE IS MANY MORE ATTROCIATES, BUT IT WOULD TAKE TO LONG. I WROTE TO THE PRESIDENT, BOB DICKERSON,AND NO RESPONSE!HOW DARE THEY OPERATE LIKE THIS. THEY HADE THE NERVE TO OFFER ME $25.00 OFF MY NEXT CRUISE! OH MY GOD!! I THINK A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS IN ORDER . WE MUST NOT LET BOB DICKERSON PROFIT ON THE PRISONERS OF HIS SHIPS FROM HELL.

My husband and I went on the Carnival Cruise from HELL aboard the Holiday Ship and had the worst food imaginable! Cold, undercooked or overcooked, and just plain nasty. The ship itself was filthy - no wonder you and your children got sick. We constantly complained about the food and all they kept saying was "What else can we bring you to make you happy?" It wasn't a case of bringing us more bad food, we just wanted something we could eat and not get ill in the process. I lived off of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches the whole time. We also learned about their so called medical care aboard - there is none!! They have a "nurse" who does not speak English and they offer you water and crackers! Of course, you are charged $3.00 for a bottle of water because you cannot drink the water out of the faucet in the sink. The water is brown and gritty - that could also be what caused your children to get sick. We complained for about 3 months and they gave us the great 20% off our next cruise, too. If they think they are getting one more cent out of us, they are crazy!! It is a horrible cruise line and they are the worst people to deal with. Unfortunately, you will get no further. They sent us a letter saying "here is your 20% off and your case is closed - end of story." Such a wonderful company!! My husband and I are going out of our way to make sure people hear about what a terrible company they are and hopefully, we can spare some other poor soul the horror of going on a cruise like the one we had.
