After waiting online I finally got through to a customer service person. I added a car to my insurance and was asked to send in 50 bucks, copy of the title and a statement saying that I wanted to add the car to my policy. That was 2 months ago. I have called back 4 times and every time I get the same story ohh it was mailed out. Never have recieved it. The funnt thig is that when I called last I spoke to the same girl that I had spoken to twice before and she told me that there was something wrong with my mail. What a joke. I also called them because I had not recieved a staement and they told me I payed too much. the agent said that my payment wasn't due for another month and that everyhting was ok. Well the next month came along and my bill was doubled. I called about it and was told it was a computer error. this company is an absolute joke!! It's no wonder every broker here in scramento won't refer them. Thay stink!!1
