Phillip Carlyle And Associates ripoff victimized many consumers Omaha Nebraska
Phillips Carlyle and Associates, Omaha NE. What a joke. This is a company from the deepest darkest hole in the earth, normally called HELL, but this time I'd call it GREED! The owner, Carole Tipton is the biggest of big scammers ever. This is a career counseling agency that "has an inside track on hiring managers for companies that don't advertise open jobs in the classifieds or on the internet" OK, and Pigs fly!
Too bad I fell for their scam. Hopefully you won't. Here's how the scam goes down.....You call to schedule an appointment. You go into a nice office. They get you to believe that they only accept clients that are good candidates for their service. You fill out a 4-5 page questionaire, fax it to them and wait. They respond back to you, letting you know that they think they can be of service to you. You pay them a huge fee. They BS their way in & out of "weekly" meetings.(Barely remembering your qualifications) Hand you a packet of leads hot off the internet and classifieds" Stuff I would see every Sunday.....
In case you are wondering.... Same Scam as the front page of hot ripoffs, Bernard Haldane. Oh, I guess Carole was once employed there, at least thats what I read. BIG SURPRISE! My loving Hubby forked out 4125.00 for this Loser in our small Midwest Society. Now, 11 months later, unemployment is still on the rise and I still can't get a decent job. But let me tell ya, Half her family works or has worked in this office. Looks like a family affair to me. If you see this woman on the street, spit at her.

The Carlyle and Associates office in Omaha NE has closed.There was no letter sent, no phone call, nothing. Talk about sticking to the contract. HUH!!!!! Still I have not received a refund. Not even an offer. Correspondance with the State Attorney General and Better Business Bureau have still gotten us nowhere. Waiting is difficult when there are now a total of 30 (give or take a few) people corresponding with one another about how to win this fight. My favorite Quote is "If the majority of people tell you the same thing, chances are the majority of people are right"
