Carlton Sheets PEI A Scam not what they offer at all ripoff Burr Ridge Illinois
I ordered this program on the special 9.98 for one month and then if you kept it you paid $59 a month until it was paid for. So I received it on the 14th of August, they state I received it on the 8th. I returned the package and they are still attempting to take $329 from my account for the program and another $29 for something
I never ordered or agreed to at all the ability to call for advice if I wanted it. They made an appointment to call me to discuss me ordering the $29 deal but they never called so I never ordered it.
Well they keep attempting to take this money no matter how much I tell them I have returned the program. Well the customer service agent last week said they never received it but the bill I received today says they received it back on 12/6/2006 and that due to them not receiving it til then I am still to pay them the 329.00 and then pushed to have the program sent back to me at my expense.
Well they received it well before the 12/6/2006 date. This is just an attempt on their part to make it reasonable for them to charge me this. Why would I need to pay for a product that wasnt what they stated it was and that I had returned? I have contacted my credit card company and it is in resolution now.
Please never never order from these people. the info they provide is all available on the net if you just use some researching skills. Even if the info was great the management of their service is extremely poor and very confusing.
