I got the First PlusCard in the mail. I called the activation number but what I was hearing on the other end sounded to good to be true. Luckily, I did not give out any information at that time, but said I would call back. I immediately went to the computer and typed in Capital Credit Alliance, and your Rip-Off Report popped up. Thank you so much for keeping on top of these scams and looking out for us!
