I ordered a "portable blood pressure monitor"cost $59.95 also A comfort air cushion with lumbar support cost $12.95 plus tax.
I have my cancelled cheque which was cashed on May 18/04 deposit to the Montreal bank, montreal,quebec. Also has the royal bank stamp in montreal,quebec. Also have a deposit number on back. thank you
