broadbandoffers.com are seasoned scam artists when ordering comcast cable I was offered a free internet cable modem just pay $79.00 and $10.00 s&h and recieve 2 rebates totaling $79.00 great deal since curcuit city had the same one for $20.00. Except I did not count on COMCAST and BROADBANDOFFERS BEING SCAMMERS after making sure I enclosed everything they asked for (which is just shy of my first born) and mailing on time for the offer then waiting the ridiculus 10 WEEKS only for them to say I did not send in one rebate at all and virtually nothing for the second rebate!!! I have stacks of photo copies and a box with no bar code but thier response is I cant PROVE I mailed them!!!!! COMCAST has NO bussiness ethics " 0 " their response is they have nothing to do with it!!!! BROADBANDOFFERS.COM DOES COMCAST BUSSINESS FOR THEM!!!! I have filed a complaint with better bussiness bureau I encourage all other victims of these criminals do also.

If you have a BEST BUY or CIRCUIT CITY in your local area, go there and look for OPEN BOX Motorola Surfboard cable modem...you can usually pick them up for like 20 or 25 bucks. I even negotiated with a manager at Circuit City and told him I would buy TWO (2) modems for 30 bucks (they wanted 25 for each). Open box just means some moron bought it, took it home, was too stupid to use it, brought it back. Keep your reciept and if anything is wrong with it, you can take it back. BOTH that i bought work PERFECT. Just a thought. -- tech

after filing a complaint with the better business bureau 2 count them 2 days later broadband "in the interest of customer relations" will rebate my $79.00
