Brite Financial/ Car Rite lied to my face and my contract stated otherwise Conroe Texas
Well I leased to purchase a 2012 Buick Regal from the Car Rite/ Brite Financial location in Conroe Texas where i was informed that brite financial would finace the remaining amount of my vehicle once my lease was up if i put 4000.00 down, which is what I did and i could just continue with the same notes. We long behold after asking a customeer service rep about my tags/and plates I was informed that the store was closed down permantly and in order to keep my car at the end of my lease I would have to come off 6000 or give the car back.
Well each time i called about what i was told versus what was in my contract I was told that I should have been smart enough to read my contract and it's not their problem..Every since that deal it has been a night mare from hell.. The Manager Jennifer Quiraga who was at the conroe location didnt respond to anymore of my text messages or messages that was left at thier office prior to them closing. I think that this company intentionally rips off people with low ccredit scores and I hope one day that they get shut down.

Verbal agreements really mean squat...you have to go by the written contract.
