We booked a cruise August 2018. They charged us over the phone. On the day of the cruise the company called us to tell us that the cruise was canceled. Here it is December 2018 and we have not been able to get a refund. The company lied to our credit card company that it was a valid charge when, in fact, we did not receive their services through no fault of our own. We're stuck with the credit card charge.
We recommend that nobody book a cruise and pay for it over the phone until you get there.
