On 12/24 I purchase a 65 in smart tv that was delievered to me damage the delivery guy never open the box after a few days pass not knowing I open the box and to my disbelieve the screen was Damage, I immediately contact bransdmart I sent sever pictures to show the tv in its box and original condition and was told they cannot accept the tv back because it needs to play a message after trying over the phone with no success I went to the store and they were unable to do the same I was told by a sales rep the tv will not play any message because it was never set up after calling brandsmart again I was told they cannot exchange the tv they didn't even try to help me repair it I'm still stuck with this tv I paid over a thousand dollars for so heart broken I cried but till this day I'm still stuck with the tv.
