Bowman Heintz Boscia & Vician Unethical practices ripoff Merrillville Indiana
I recieved a letter from this company three months ago, it was delivered by the sherriff. We called a tried to make arraigments but they would except no less than 500.00 a month. My husband told them we couldn't do that and offered to make lower payments because I had to have back surgery and would be off for a while. The lady who answered the phone was very rude threatening to call my job and talk to them, so we faxed them a copy of my doctor note saying I would be off.
Two days ago we called them again, the same lady answered the phone and she was screaming at my husband wanting to know personal information and was very unwilling to work with us, we finally got her to agree to us sending 500.00 now and 100.00 a month afterwords. She ten threatened us with garinshement again if we missed a payment and said she would send the information in the mail which she hasn't yet. I feel this company harrasses people, I don't believe you should be screamed at when you are trying to pay a debt. This lady wanted to know where I worked again and told my husband she could not find the place I work she was very rude, mean and douwn right hateful.
