I have something similar happening to me, and just this past Saturday I found out how I can get all of my money back for what I bought on the internet. See that is the key here. If U used a credit card to buy what U bought, as U said U did, then it is more then likely that your bank, like mine, has internet protection from fraudulant dealers like the one U got your bike from. The only bad part to this for me, is that I have to pay out of my pocket to ship the scooter back to them. I paid $2,170.00. That included having it shipped to me in IL., it also included an extended warrenty, and the scoote it's self was $1,695.00. It is a 250cc Roketa. I am not going to go into all the crap that I have gone through, but I have Chase for my bank, and I am signed up for internet protection with them. I hope U have something like that with your bank. Who knows, maybe your bank automatically protects U when U buy anything with your credit card. It couldn't hurt U to try giving them a call and see if they have a dispute department for internet buys that are bull. I have had to call my bank more then once, there are a lot of shady people out there. Good luck with getting back your money. Sincerely, Santa P.S. It's Christmas in July, LOL.
