I bought a Bluebird American Express card from Walmart about a week ago, I got home and immediately signed up my card. From the VERY beginning I have been having troubles. I signed up with my name, card number, yaddah yaddah yaddah and get an email saying "We can't process your information" I called them, and they said wait 24 hours. I did, and tried again SAME THING.. I called back and she said "Okay, I'm putting you on hold for a minute" 25 minutes later she gets back on and says that it's because I used my married name, not my maiden name. Retarded! So I signed up with my maiden name and I got the email that said to verify my email, I put in my username in and password and got "We're sorry for the inconvenience, we are having some technical difficulties" I get that EVERYTIME!! I called back and she put me on hold, I was on hold for 30 minutes and finally hung up because I got sick of their music screaming in my ear! I can't get my $7 back, I can't use the stupid card, and I can't get anyone who speaks english! THE WORST CARD EVER! Will never buy another, and will be telling everyone I know, not to buy it!
