William Bill Calamia ( The ISP Store - which seems to be run out of his house ) has been a con artist on record from at least 2000.

I first did my research on the ISP Store and did not find anything negative at the time. I then signed up with "The ISP Store" and Bill charged my "authorized reseller" fee back in August 2017 on my credit card. Then in September Bill tried to charge me the fee again. He sent an email saying the charge did not go through. I said I paid it a month ago. I emailed him back asking why are you trying to charge it twice? I even attached a copy of the charge that went through and that he was paid a month ago. Bill Calamia didn't respond at all. I started to get a little suspicious about the man.

I then was told that when I got my new store I could have cable internet installed at 100 mpbs.

I waited over a month and it didn't happen. A month is an eternity when it comes to business! I thought Bill might be lying about selling the cable and could only do DSL. It has turned out he lied once again. He has not installed cable for any of my customers anywhere in the USA. I had many customers sign up for cable then they cancelled because of the ISP Store and Bill Calamia never installed it. This shady behavior cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I had 100's of customers sold on the Cable internet because it was faster and none EVER got installed. I was a 5 star tech company... if this was to keep up I'd be a 1. I paid people to get the customers, paid employees to input and setup in our systems. I paid thousands to market the new internet service.

I later did my homework on William Calamia (Bill) and found out he was arrested for a similar scam in Tuscon Arizona in the year 2000.

The web address for that is http://tucsoncitizen.com/morgue2/2000/04/28/179729-tucsonan-arrested-in-cell-call-scam/

Another proof he over-bills and scams people can be found here

He was overbilling me too! I have the proof!

Bill Calamia also wanted my company also to sell his phone service but I had to have my business phone service first through Bill and the ISP Store. I never went through with this because Bill and the ISP Store will have all control of your phones and internet while over-billing you. He does this so if you do not pay his made of charges, he will turn your business basically off! I'm just glad I never switched my phones over. I'd be in even worse shape.

Bill is a scammer. I tried to do the right thing asked just to part ways with Bill but then he said he would not refund my money. I have lost way over $10,000 and it also made my computer company suffer severely. I have tried calling Bill Calamia for many problems with his internet reselling service and he would not answer my calls. I thought he was just avoiding me. I had an employee say he could call him using a spoof number just to see if he was really avoiding my calls. They called with another number and yes, he answered and was surprised to hear my voice on the other end. What a childish game he plays to scam people out of their hard earned money.

Don't take my word on this guy... read the reports on him.

He is so messed up... even one time he said he could not answer his phone because his daughter just died. This is not a thing to joke about. I did some research and his daughter did die, which I was sorry to hear, but that was 5 years ago. What kind of creep uses that as a reason now? Sick person!

I have discontinued any type of business relation with Bill Calamia and advise anybody to avoid him. Do your homework on him. The ISP Store does not have much negative yet since it's fairly new name but it's Bill's same old scam. My business is in Florida and Bill Calamia operates out of Utah. He tries to sign up people far from him. He does this to make it hard to sue him and his company. I have reported this to the authorities in Utah and it's on record with them too!

I will be doing a class action law suit against William "Bill" Calamia and The ISP Store. If you have been scammed by this man too... please contact me at [email protected]
