Bikesellerz.com is now under new ownership. Bikesellerz.com is not a RV, car, truck, or boat dealer. Bikesellerz does not sell any of these items. Bikesellerz.com is an online marketplace to buy and sell your motorcycles, atvs, personal watercraft, snowmobiles, scooters, bicycles and parts. Bikesellerz.com should not have any employees that sell anything other than these items, under the bikesellerz name. If there was any listing sold under the bikesellerz name, it was not done with the consent of the current owners of bikesellerz.com. Bikesellerz.com is apologetic to anyone who has had a bad dealing with former employees of bikesellerz that claimed to be selling any of these items for bikesellerz.com. The owners of bikesellerz.com will do everything possible to prevent employees and others from misrepresenting any items under the bikesellerz name and company policies will be amended according. Bikesellerz.com asks that consumers should have faith and goodwill towards the new and improved website, which is only a free online bike classifieds and not a RV, car, truck or boat dealership. Thank you for your time and enjoy the new free website. Calvin 801.910.2687

My dad accompanied me to pick up the 88 Mallard. He became ill the Monday following Motorhome fire. A month later he was diagnosed as having metastatic cancer. He died October 15th of this disease.

In defiance of Bikesellerz threat to sue me for slander if I left negative Ebay feedback I left the following negative feedback for them:"Escaped w life Rdy2Drive RV Engn Fire B4 Home500mi Threat2sue if I left Neg Fdbk" I was trying to be fair by stating that I did drive the RV 500 miles before it burst into flames. I did not drive 500 miles with the park brake on as Bikesellerz implied in their reply to the above negative Ebay feedback. Their reply reads "Very accurate, she drove 500 miles w/e-brake on caused fire, RV WAS rdy 2 drive!" This is another example of how bikesellerz distorts. The reason I drove at all with the automatic park brake on was because it was malfunctioning from the bikesellerz lot by allowing the coach to drive easily forward and backward while engaged and the brake indicator was never lit on the dash. Jason didn't understand the brake either as he revealed in his email to me when he states, "Not that it matters much now but that push/pull cable button on the colum was your parke brake and always should be set when you park." The truth was that the park brake was an automatic hydraulic brake that set itself whenever the vehicle was parked. (I have the manual to prove it) The "push/pull cable button" was actually labled "park brake release". The cable was only a release cable and did not set the park brake as Jason falsely maintained in his email. When I related everything that was going on with the park brake, electrical breakers, and roof air conditioner to the Wyoming State Assistant Fire Marshall, Terry Phillips, he said that it sounded like an electrical problem. I also had the local Ford Garage Shop Foreman, Mike Sides, inspect the RV for a possible cause of the fire. He said the park brake was intact with nothing wrong with it mechanically and was not itself a cause of the fire by friction. My point stands that the vehicle had a serious, probably electrical, defect from the very beginning that was the cause of the fire. It was this electrical defect that probably caused the park brake, outlets, & roof air conditioner to malfunction and certainly rendered the RV not "Rdy 2 Drive". I must add here that I filed a claim with Ebay about what I believe were material misrepresentations of the vehicle (misstatement of length, make: Mallard Winnebago Tioga, and condition: Rdy 2 Drive) and therefore deserving of compensation according to their advertised $20,000 buyer protection against material misrepresentation of motorhomes. Ebay did not think the misrepresentation of these things was significant enough to be considered for compensation and informed me that their policy only applied to "the moment of possession" anyway.

I phoned Woods Cross City and asked who is listed as the owner of Bikesellerz on their business license. They informed me that Rich Eggett is listed as the owner of Bikesellerz. It doesn't list Jason Anderson as an owner.

As a direct result of the fiasco with the Motorhome my father, a cancer victim, has since suffered a setback. One major purpose for purchasing the Motorhome was to enable my dad to stay for long term treatments by specialists at hospitals in distant cities. Now he can't do this.
