I have bidded and won 2 items from bidz.com and as I live in Malta and bidz dont ship to my country, then I took the trouble in quoting a friends address in the UK for them to ship there and my friend ships to me. I did as requested by bidz for this to be done, by sending a copy of my visa and passport verification and was told that by 72hours all wiull be done. Already 144 hours passed and after contacting consumer care for the last 5 days still the UK address wasnt added on my shipping address, and I want to cancel my orders. This is terribly a bad service. BEWARE although the site looks serious and well designed, still the service is very very poor so it s not wothed bidding and paying... u find better sites!

Unfortunately we do have a list of countries that we are UNABLE to ship to... However it is not a true statement, to refer that we do not ship INTERNATIONALLY.... If you would like to verify which Countries we will deliver to ...you are able to call 800-444-8124 and we will be more than happy to verify which country our shipping applies to... Hope to hear from you soon.

I have been told they are less willing to work with international customers because they know most of them won't go the extra effort or make the hassle due to the high cost of shipping international and custom fee's. They use that to there advantage. I'm not confirming they do, but by all the horrible experiences people have had along with myself, I wonder if those are really "accidents."

It is my sincere hope that your company offers tuition assistance to its associates. You sincerely need some classes on English grammar, writing and punctuation. I am not really sure what you are here for to blow off steam or what ...You have a right to your opinion and of course BIDZ.com has there right to opinion and I am here to help them defend themselves Sometimes I am not saying in your situation , well for instance we had a customer file a complaint for an item that they received , upon investigation of the customer claim, we confirmed not only did the customer lie and still had the item but the customer then received also a refund for the item. As a company we have policies, also if my company should offer tuition assistance according to you, you also will need classes on taking time to read and educate yourself when making online purchases Good luck to you in the future and finding a company that suits your needs as a consumer ...Despite your complaints our company is growing on daily basis and yes I am very proud to be a part of it Any issues in regards to Returns please call 800-444-8124 extension 407, you may mention that you have made post on RIP OFF REPORT and we will gladly accommodate you and assist you in coming up with a solution

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you have the idea that BIDZ.com is out to get you and the customer who submitted his report. You are very misinformed and I am not here to insult you on your choices in life but some of the information that you have stated is just not true. I have pasted below a copy of what our compare price. I have recieved this information from our Help Desk and have pasted it below ...it explains what our compare price is SO thank you very much for your comments and I hope you find a site that suits your needs perfectly As I stated earlier I am pasting below from our Help Desk what our Compare Price is comparable to ..... Thank Compare Price vs Retail price The Compare Price is the maximum price other jewelers advertise online, for similar or the same jewelry item. This price in no way reflects an appraised value, worth, or suggested retail price. You should always make sure to have all the information provided in the description page of the auction evaluated with your local appraiser/jeweler before you bid or buy. The purpose of the Compare Price is to demonstrate the advantage of a $1 No Reserve auction. The Retail Price is the nationally advertised suggested retail price from the manufacturer.

Okay Mayra I have to do this. "I apologize for posting in all caps as I was unaware of this rule." Make up your mind, your excuse for this in another post was that you did so intentionally, to emphasize your point to the customer. "I know ask you Sir, what money should we refund if an order was not taken place?" Correct: I NOW ask you Sir, what money should we refund if an order was not placed? "The customer stated that he lives in Malta, our choice as a company no deliveries due to past experiences with this country" By this logic, to be consistent, it then becomes necessary to stop delivering to U.S. addresses. I am certain you have been defrauded by U.S. citizens as well. "It is very simple our system works this way..." Your system is deceptive, with hidden terms and conditions. You mislead buyers as to the value of the merchandise you offer to obtain their money. This could be considered fraud: Pronunciation: 'frod 1 a : DECEIT, TRICKERY; specifically : intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right b : an act of deceiving or misrepresenting It is my sincere hope that your company offers tuition assistance to its associates. You sincerely need some classes on English grammar, writing and punctuation. I am sorry that your experience with BIDZ.com has not been satisfactory good luck to you in the future

The volume of reports on this site speaks for itself... Fortunately Google presents an instant "truth scale" to anything you say and most of what is out there, if you search the right keywords, is bad. What a lousy job you have, surfing around blaming your firm's problems on the consumers. The guy you didn't give all his money back bought a "17,000" dollar bit if jewelry for 800.00 and two jewelers said it was not as described on your site. Did he get all his money ? There is nothing valued at 17,000 dollars on the web someone can get for 800.00... Seems I also googled a Bidz phishing scam - what do you know about that ? Even saw a snapshot of the phishing Email...

Thank you for your insulting remarks which definitely show your class. I apologize for posting in all caps as I was unaware of this rule. FYI, this customer never got any money back due to the fact that he never was able to place an order.... I know ask you Sir, what money should we refund if an order was not taken place? The customer stated that he lives in Malta, our choice as a company no deliveries due to past experiences with this country This customer also stated he sent an alternate address, that we here at BIDZ.com were not able to verify with his bank as they don't even have a record of this customer My apologies to all customers who feel BIDZ.com is trying to screw them over, however it is 2 sides to every story and ours is that this customer never sent another address after verifying with this customer that the address he did try to add was not registered with Bank. In this case which you as the customers would not be able to verify this type of information would be looked upon as FRAUD. The customer never sent another address and he can state that he contacted us but I will state right back we heard nothing back from this customer upon verification of no match with his bank?? It is very simple our system works this way... If we do not have on file were your statements from your credit card are addressed to any order that you will try to process will be denied. This is how our company protects our customers from fraudulent activity... I am sorry that your experience with BIDZ.com has not been satisfactory good luck to you in the future

It's always the customer's fault, always, according to this Myra. Myra, please respond to the post wherein the guy explained the pricing of items is rigged and your firm uses dummy accounts to rig the "bidding". Eventually, you're going to get in big trouble for rigging the bids but, hey, you'll have gotten your buck. Getting the idea no one on this site believes what you say ? And, oh, it is bad etiquette TO TYPE IN ALL CAPS and not use punctuation. Go far in school ?

BEWARE

PLEASE BEWARE THAT AS YOU STATED WE DO NOT SHIP TO MALTA DUE TO FRAUD! WE HAVE LOST MONEY AND ITEMS WHEN SHIPPING TO THIS COUNTRY IN THE PAST. IF YOUR REQUESTED ADDRESS WAS NOT SUBMITTED MORE THAN LIKELY YOU DID NOT SUPPLY ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED. FOR ONE WE WOULD NEED TO CONFIRM WITH YOUR FRIEND THAT SHIPPING THIS ITEM WOULD BE OK, WE WOULD THEN NEED TO SUBMIT AND ADDRESS VERIFICATION FORM AS WE WOULD NEED YOUR BILLING ADDRESS WHICH IS LOCATED IN MALTA WERE WE DONT SHIP TO . UNFORTUNATELY WITH THIS SITUATION ALL OPTIONS HAVE BEEN USED , THE ONLY OPTION AT THIS POINT WOULD BE TO HAVE YOUR FRIEND WHO LIVES IN THE STATES TO SIGN UP WITH OUR SERVICES , AS I DO APOLOGIZE BUT WE DO NOT SHIP TO MALTA
