The invoices in question may be lost. Customer service sent this email in order to obtain authorization for the claim. I will paste it here for your convenience. Once this is sent to claims, you should receive instructions on filing. Please update this site if you do not receive any correspondence from claims. I will assist you further to resolve your issue. Our records indicate that your item was scanned, packed and shipped. In order to file a claim we will need you to email [email protected] giving Bidz.com authorization to forward the matter to the Postal Inspectors for Mail Fraud Investigation. Please include the following: -Your name (ex: I John Doe authorize the investigation of Invoice?) -The invoice or listing numbers in question (Make sure to mention specific listing numbers if the entire order was not lost or damaged) -The shipping method (Domestic: FedExSmartPost, USPS) (International: FIMS) We will then be able to proceed with the filing of a claim to further research the incident. We will also forward the matter to the shipping company?s inspectors to investigate possible fraud. ***NOTE: THE CLAIMS INVESTIGATION CANNOT BE INITIATED AND THE ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK WILL NOT BE FORWARDED WITHOUT THE CLAIM EMAIL BEING SENT.
