Thank you for submitting your inquiry. As a customer service representative I can assure you that all that is stated is NOT completely accurate. Bidz.com does not have any hidden charges. If so which ones? If an item arrives damaged we do have a return policy, if the item is damaged a customer can return them. We have never said that you cannot return an item. You can even return an item if you do not like it, but we do have Return Policies that have to be followed. When we have an item that is returned we have to go through a process. There is nothing we can do but follow our procedures. When it comes to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), all of the complaints have been resolved and closed. The reason as to why we have a bad rating on the BBB is because most of those customers were not happy with our terms and policies. Once a customers agrees to them, they have to be followed. Everything from damaged to returns, terms and conditions, even a legend to better understand our auctions is on the website. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE THE TIME AND READ HOW OUR AUCTIONS WORK. It seems that the experience you had with Bidz.com was not pleasant. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you, but there is no need to create things about the company. Thank you, Bidz.com

Feel ripped off by Bidz.com? Hidden charges? Broken/Wrong Items? NoRefund? Hidden Charges? Bid Rigging? The company is already rated F by the BBB (the worst possible rating). Despite this, the company continues to operate. BBB Company Rating F description: 'We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.' It is clear that simply complaining to the BBB is not going to fix the problem. The complaints against the company need to be escalated to someone with the power to take real action against them. Please take the time to file a complaint with the two agencies below. California Attorney General's Office Consumer Complaint Form:ag.ca.gov/contact/complaint_form.php?cmplt=CL File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection: rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 Company name and address for complaint: Bidz.com 3562 Eastham Drive Culver City, CA 90232 Phone: (800) 444-8124 Additionally, if you have not already done so call Visa, Mastercard and AMEX to complain about this company. If they receive enough complaints they will refuse to let BIDZ accept payment through a credit card. This would effectively cut off the company from doing business with a large portion of its customers. Mastercard Customer Service: 1-800-622-7747 Visa Customer Service: You have to call the number on the back of your card depending on which bank issued the card. American Express Customer Service: 1-800-528-4800 It's time to make Bidz.com responsible for its actions. Thank you for your help and support. Best, HL Consumer_advocate Culver City, California
