Hi all,

I was recently contacted by a guy named Alan Thomas, a rep of Beneficial Client Care. I was told that I had been approved for a credit card of up to 2000.00 guaranteed. All I had to do was pay a ONE time membership fee of 246 dollars and would never pay any interest or yearly fees on the card. This sounded like a great deal to me. I was thinking that this card could help me restore some bad credit I have so I went along with it like a sucker. I gave him my bank routing number along with my account number.

I was given some customer service number, a tracking number along with a customer number and an agent number. WOW !! all these numbers made it sound even more legit.

The were going to withdrawl the 246 dollars on Sept 6th 2002 at my request. Alan told me that NOTHING would happen to my account or anything else until I received some papers in the mail and sign a release form then send it back to them. He stated the same thing to me twice when I asked him.

After hanging up the phone with him, I talked to my dad about it and he said that it doesn't sound right and that I should call them back ASAP and tell them I am no longer interested. So I called the 866 number and OH GREAT mailbox is full. I tried calling every 20 minutes since Saturday the 24th and same darn message.

I just got off the phone with my bank and put a block on any electronic check withdrawls or electronic transfers from my account. Hopefully this will keep them from stealing my money after all the other ripoff reports I have read about BCC or whatever there real name is.

Here is an email I sent to the company who supposedlty owns BCC

Dear Sir or Madam,

Beneficial Client Care has been ripping people off. I was contacted by one of your reps on Saturday August 24th 2002 and told I was approved for a credit limit up to $2000.00 guarenteed. I was only to pay $247.00 ( withdrawled electronically from my account on Sept 6th 2002) for a lifetime membership fee. I was leary but it sounded like a great deal. I was given a tracking # and a agent ID #8036 Alan Thomas. Alan told me I would receive a packet via courier to my house and would have to sign a release form for the bank card. I asked Alan TWICE if no money would be taken out of my account until I sent the form back and he BOTH TIMES stated "NO Money will be withdrawn until I send in the form." Alan also gave me a customer support number. After hanging up with Alan I decided that this didn't sound like a good deal after all and quickly called the customer support number only to find a full mailbox. I tried calling all day everyday since Sat the 24th with no success.

I then knew that this MUST be a scam and did some checking on the Internet and sure enough found multiple complaints about being RIPPED OFF by Beneficial Client Care. I was able to quickly find out that your company is actually BCC or Beneficial Client Care. AKA Jasmine and several other names.

Consider this a letter of disapproval for your company, beneficial client care, BCC, Jasmine and any other business name you go by to withdrawel any amount of money from my bank account.

I have contacted my bank and put a BLOCK on ANY electronic transfers from my account. I only gave Alan my banks routing number and my account number. No check number was given nor was my debit card number given.

And what is wrong with your 866-999-0330 customer service number anyway.

This letter will suffice as a cancellation notice of anything that I may have agreed to over the phone. I havn't received anything from your company and DO NOT WISH TO.

So If you try to take money from my account you're in for a real treat.

This letter, if needed, will be forwarded along with all of your corporate information to the Attorney General's office for the State of Florida as proof of my intention to cancel any service I was scammed into agreeing to over the phone by your company.

I HOPE THAT THESE SCAMMERS GET CAUGHT AND PUT BEHIND BARS. I WILL GLADLY TESTIFY TO THERE ILLEGAL WRONG DOINGS AND SUPPORT ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE WHO HAS BEEN VICTIMIZED BY THEM.

Peace all

Kerry
