Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company will do everything in it's power to steal peoples money. They have been doing it for years under different names and in different states, always one step ahead of the law. I know because I saw it from the inside.

I used to work for BABC and as soon as I figured out the kind of business they run and started asking questions, I was fired. At first I thought they were a legitimate business, but certain things made me believe otherwise.

Firstly, the entire time I worked there, 4 months, I never spoke to a single person that actually received the activated credit card which is the core of there business. I took over one hundred calls a day and they were all problems, people who wanted refunds, who were lied to, who never authorized this deal, and who don't know why BABC won't stop taking money out.

Secondly, through the internet and a contact at the FBI who is currently investigating BABC, I was able to compile a list of names the company has worked under and there affiliates. Companie named SMC, E-Phone, or Home Protection all work together in stealing money from unsuspecting consumers.

Thirdly, the owners and management of this enterprise. My immediate boss was a 19 year old girl, running a 25 person call center, and the reason became obvious. Hire someone unqualified, pay them well, and they will do whatever you tell them to without question. The 2 owners both have criminal records and have had there businesses raided by Police, FBI, and Postal Inspectors in the past for misconduct and telemarketing scams.

Lastly, you would be amazed at the total lack of organization in this company. They change employees very often, new managers, new suervisors, anything to make the place not work correctly. Packages are returned every day by people who don't want them, new letters are sent out offering them the same product, refunds aren't processed, and so much gets lost in the shuffle. I have always believed that inneficiency is the best way to hide a scam.

The worst part about BABC is the victims of there scams. They play on the false hope of people who need this money and this credit card to continue to survive. They take food out of childrens mouths, medical attention money gone, but the worst was around Christmas. Not only did people think they were getting a credit card to buy gifts with, but that they could use it for the current Christmas. They got no card and they spent over $200 finding out the hard way that Christmas was now canceled because of BABC.

The owners have no remorse, nor will they ever. The authorities (including Consumer Groups, BBB, Attorney General, FBI, and Postal Inspectors) all are aware of the problem, but because of loopholes in the legal statues of states like Florida and California, nothing significant is being done.

If you or your friends and family are ever contacted by these people, hang up immediately. Don't provide them with any bank information and if you do, cancel your account and open a new one. I know this sounds drastic but I have seen firsthand the sort of havoc that is created once they get your account info. Trust me on this one and good luck.
