Bath Fitter/Unicorn Restoration has been in business since 1987. We do work for all the major universities, hotels, motels, apartment building owners and 1000's of homeowners in Nova Scotia. We are members of the Better Business Bureau of Nova Scotia and do not have any complaints registered against us. Our office has replaced this customer's taps three times. They needed replacing because they were being cleaned with a product that damages the finish of chrome fixtures. This particular cleaner is very caustic and, in fact, it has a written warning on its label against its use on chrome. We have asked the customer repeatedly to discontinue using it. The walls are installed correctly. We explained to Kimberly that the walls are installed to allow for expansion and contraction of the material, which she understood.

They came and replaced the taps altough it took some time to have the work done. They will not admit their salesman was beyond rude and I am only updating so they will leave me alone. I will never recommend them to anyone and tell anyone who ever mentions them to avoid them. Customer service is not in their top ten. They feel because they replaced the taps they have made everything all better but we will never forget the rude way we have been treated.
