What a true tragedy Americans have sufford at the sole expense of big lenders like Bank of America, Chase Bank, Wells Fargo and many others.  Much of it involves a company called MERS that worked with FNMA and Freddie Mac in allowing lenders to package loans and sell them on the "secondary Marketplace" to investors from the Stock market and FNMA and Freddie Mac!!  The huge scandal hit back in 2008 and was really a problem for Bank of America after they purchased Countrwide Home loans back in 2009.

The CFPB is a complete joke and has not been doing their job for some time now.  They, along with attorney generals in 49 staets did win in the National mortgage Settlement that involved approximately $25 BILLION DOLLARS that was supposed to go to help property owners, but then there were states like California and Gov. Brown who took a supposed $30 MILLION in the settlement and funneled it to other thing!!!!  That was supposed just a drop in the bucket to what they should have had to pay out for all the damage they have caused.  With over 25,000 complaints supposed filed against Bank of America alone, and I suggest that is only the tip of the iceberg, The US Depratment of Justice stepped in and won an epic settment against Bank of America for nearly $17 BILLION DOLLARS and again they say Eric Holder just threw up his arms and caved on behalf of millons of property owners like me.  They have these supposed monitors to overlook all these funds allegedly, but that seems to be like them appointing the fox to overlook the hen house:(  They never return any communication of any kind and print out report they supposedly get a lot of money for doing.

Finally, the great state of Montana stood up to Bank of America and it took them a while in the Morrow Case and the Supreme Court Ruling, in conjunction with, an Amicus Brief filed on the Morrow's behalf and B of A settled out of court on a private and confidential settlement naturally, when the case got kicked back down to the lower court for a juty trial.  I have the same indentical siatuion with Countrwise, MERS, and B of A, but I am a 71 year old Vieitnam Veteran and no attorney will even talk to me on a contingency basis and the CFPB and the USDOJ have turned their backs on Americans and myselft and These lenders have succeeded in taking millions of homes from Amercans that they were NOT entitled to.

Once you get into all the "Robo Calling", Robo Signing" on false transfers ad endorsements of documents there it becomes very clear about the huge scandal and boy to Congress People and powerful people like Donald Trump just outright ignore because they favor big banks and rich people.  I fell so sick to my stomach about how all of us Americans have been totally ripped off and how the local, state, and US Govenemetns have let people down after we the people bailed out all there turkeys in the first place.  When they say they are too big to fail, unfortunately that is true with interference being run by these people.  There are a fwe  local judges that have caught on to the MERS scandal and all the corruption surrounding that, but they all did a little dance and then completely caved on helping and defending the American People.  They should have bailed out all of us Americans with half a million dollars or more with two stipulations:  pay off your mortgage and buy a new car- at least that is my humble opinion.

I may lose all I have based upon how nasty old Bank of America has treated me these past 47 months and I have undisputed fully substantiated proof of how they have treated innocent people and thanken their homes- they are still doing this and it really infuriates me.  They should have put a moritorium on ALL foreclsoures across the country and issued rules and regst that all lenders have to provided undisputed poor of ownership of the actual and true original documents- and more importantly undisputed proof that the supposed transfer/assignements and endorsements are done in property sequence, NO "robo signing" and actual recordings in the Counties where the properties are.  What a giant scam against us all!!!

You are absoutely correct on proper securitization and contingency fees.  It is unfortunate that there are so many abuses out there, and on a very large scale, regarding many lenders that were caught up in the huge scam outlined in my expreiences and those of millions of others.  The undisputed faces are supposed by hundreds, if not thousands of lawsuits brought against lenders, MERS, FNMA and others.  The Mortgage Settlement Act, the epic ruling against Bank of America only for nearly $17 BILLION, and all the other undisputed facts stated.  Over 92 BILLION Dollars in fine, lawsuits, and fees and still growing is a clear and undispted fact that speaks for itself and has been well convered by Ripoff.

There is nothing illegal, immoral or unethical about securitization.  Perhaps you should learn a little about finance before you say anything else unless you are trying hard to make us laugh!

Secondly, an attorney will take on a case on the so-called contingent fee basis only if he or she thinks the potential client actually has a case.  Apparently, by your own admission you don't!

Thirdly, having a DD-214 in your pocket has NOTHING to do with this!
