I was finally contacted by Jennefer in CS after waiting for over 10 days. She told me that they never received any emails even though I sent them from their website. She then told me that the 'contact us' is supposed to be for contacting the programmer of their website.

Jennifer explained to me that the costs in the back office area for distributors was the correct pricing, which is way ridiculous. Seriously, selling 32gb micro sd cards for $40. She tells me that if the cost of items are too high then i should jus pick something else to sell. So basically, i have the option to sell an overpriced item, or, sell an item from the site that has an outragious weight that if it does sell, then i have to pay out from my profits in order to get it shipped. She tells me that there is only 1 person - yes, 1 person - that has been in the program for 2 weeks longer than i and has managed to sell items. She also tells me they don't have to refund me money if i don't list a minimum of 5 products daily for a period of 60 days. So if i use eBay to sell my items and don't sell a thing, i'd still end paying out over $300 in listing fees to eBay. That means i would have to list at least 300 items in order to get my money back. it doesn't mean that i have to sell 300, but i at least have to list them. She also tells me that I didn't check out any items for listing, which is wrong, i checked out several items and listed them on eBay; none of which sold. She says if the item is priced too high for my disributor cost, to simply pick something else.

Their section on 'How do you make money?' in their pitch manual says:"Firstoff like i told you before we are able to buy merchandise from these big box retailers at deep discounts being we are willing to take massive amounts at a time. We thenb go through all of the merchandise to make sure we are only selling high quality merchandise. we then add a little bit of mark up to our cost and then we give it to you at a price point that up to 80% off of what it currently sells for in the stores. some electronics carry a litle higher demand and we obviously account for that in our pricing structure however, we always do our best to give you a great competitive price so that you can make a tremendous amount of profit on each item sold."

So to recap on this last paragraph, if they give a discount of up to 80% off of what the item sells for in the stores, then i should be able to buy a 32gb micro sd card for $4 (since you can buy these for $20 easy). however they don't sell them to you for $4 as a distributor, they sell them to you for $40.

If this up to 80% discount is true, then why are there first generation FitBit watches on the site with a distributor cost of $40 to $45? Any person can easily buy a first generation FitBit for at least $30. The markups that C.C.D Support imposes on their merchandise they provide to their distributors is herrendious. The only people that are making any real money is C.C.D. Support.  They can tell you all day that other people are making money, but how much is that really? They say you can make up to $500 a day with their program. But they fail to tell you everything upfront. They sell you outdated materail and information.

Don't buy the distributorship package from C.C.D. support, they don't care about ripping you off. You can start up a business of your own for far less by filing paperwork with legalzoom.com and then getting with a wholesaler of your own choice. Especially one that potentially has 1oo's of thousands of products at a way better cost allowing you a better chance to make a profit.
