I searched the internet to find a florist in Pullman, WA to deliver a Birthday arrangement to my daughter who is in Graduate School at Washington State University.  That search landed me on Avas Flowers, which from all appearances seemed to be a great choice.  That was my first mistake.  I selected an arrangement and accompanying balloon to be delivered the next day for her Birthday and assumed everything would go smoothly based on their response.  At the end of the next day, I still had not heard anything from her regarding the flowers so finally asked if she received them.  She said she had not and had been home most of the day.  When I checked the delivery information on their website it showed that it had been delivered in the afternoon, but left outside by the door.  I asked her to check again to be sure nothing arrived and she got back to me later saying she had found anything and checked with her neighbors to see if they had seen the flowers, but no one had any info.  I then contacted the Company via their website and asked for verification of delivery and/or a replacement arrangement ASAP.  Needless to say, at that point they had billed my card for the $73 for the flowers.  I received an email saying they received by message and were looking into the problem.  That was the last I heard from them until a week later when I again contacted them to request a refund, since they had failed to perform (I was able to find another florist and have flowers delivered (better late than never.  I again received another email saying they were looking into it but were issuing me "Reward Points" to use on my next order.  Given my experience, they must think I am a moron.  Why in the world would I ever order anything from this company again?  I would be happy to give you my money and then have you not deliver anything once again...seems logical to me! 

It certainly appears that they have no interest in customer service, and are less than honest in their business practices.  Not only did they apparently fabricate the delivery of the flowers, but then failed to respond to any of my requests for assistance or to remedy the problem.  I would caution anyone who is thinking of using this company to stop and look elsewhere.  As we say out here in the West, “They are all hat and no cattle”.  They can talk the talk, but cannot come close to walking the walk.  However, if you are inclined to what to spend money for nothing, they are where you want to do business.
