Ashley Kinkead Amazon Private Label Mastery Buyer Beware!! Extremely pushy during our phone consultation. When I asked for time to think about the $10,000 price tag for Ashley's coaching program, her true colors were revealed.... I was SHOCKED as I had grown to repsect her through her Podcast Dallas Texas
I like many other Amazon sellers, grew to look up to and trust Ashley Kinkead. Her podcast is great and provides good content. I decided to schedule a call to inquire about her coaching program. When she said the cost was $12,000, I said this is a big investment and I will need time to think about it. She became extremely pushy and offered a $2,000 discount for "FAST ACTION" pricing. In my case, this was a significant investment, I still needed more time before investing $10,000.
Ashley then preceeded to tell me when she contacts "non participants" in 3 months they deeply regret not joining her coaching program and that I too would regret not joining. She then proceeded to lecture how I was going to fail and would be going back to my 9-5 soon. On top of this the price tag would be rising in a couple months due to the "long" waitlist (another marketing ploy). I had trusted and respected Ashley by her supposed "morals". I was totally shell shocked by this experience.
There are moral business leaders in the E-Commerce space, take their advice... NEVER rush into a big decision. Take your time and hang around the person, get to know them and evaluate their character. You should NEVER be pushed or pressured into spending THOUSANDS of dollars... if you experience this RUN!!
Ashley might be living the nomad lifestyle from her success on Amazon (although after our conversation, I had doubts of this myself). She may be using this as a marketing ploy to prey on those getting started. She uses her podcast to give and to serve, which is great... this was one of the reasons I trusted her. Maybe this is a ploy for that as well. And after investigation all the success stories she shares are from her inner circle of friends.
Her coaching program may have been great, however, after our conversation this program smelled like a RIP-OFF from 1,000 miles away. Schedule your call and see for yourself. Just be aware that you should NEVER be pressured into spending this amount of money, and then harassed when you say you need time to think about it. I was told I would fail at this business because of my lack of being able to make a decision on the fly.... $10K is an investement that I don't make after a 25 minute phone conversation.

I am a current coaching student in Ashley Kinkead's Private Label Mastery program. The experience described by the individual above is in NO WAY indicative of the way Ashley offers information about private label or enrolls students in her coaching program. I heard her interviewed on a podcast, began listening to her when she launched her own podcast, took the free "lite" version of her coaching program and became a member of her free Facebook group. Ashley is extremely generous with her time and information. I know this first hand as I asked her a complicated question about consulting and she took time to answer me by phone at no charge.
I admire her giving spirit. When my personal circumstances required me to re-evaulate my Amazon business, I booked a free consultation call with Ashley to discuss what I wanted to do. We had a great conversation and it was obvious to me that this program would allow me to develop Private Label products within a certain time frame. So I paid for the course - after having the benefit of her free information for more than 6 months. I didn't make this decision on a whim or because she pressured me.
This individual may have felt uncomfortable with the price of the course or the enrollment interview and discussion. Fair enough. But from his own admission, he didn't purchase the course. It is completely unfair of him to accuse her of ripping him off. I made the investment, took the coaching program and have received EXACTLY what I expected in terms of contents, and more importantly, results. I highly recommend Ashley Kinkead as a coach and I will continue to recommend her course in the future.

I feel like I need to disagree with this "Rip Off Report" concerning Ashley Kinkead. I have also had a phone consultation with her. Of course, she is trying to sell something, however, her tactics are not pushy. I have had consultations with others trying to sell similar products and they have pushed much harder and have tried multiple times to push their product onto me. This type of selling turns me off and I do not respond. I did research on her program prior to scheduling my call (this is NOT a cold call situation, the consumer has to initiate the call with Ashley). Once I completed the call, she gave me the pricing and that was it. There was no more pushing to buy. Again, because I had done my research prior to talking with her, I knew what I was getting into by scheduling the call. I did choose to take part in her program, but this was my decision before talking to her. Talking to her solidified what I wanted to do, nothing more. It had nothing to do with pushing or questionable sales tactics. She was clear and straightforward throughout the conversation. End of story.
