Mabye if employers wouldnt fire people for no reason. People could pay their bills.

I really don't care who doesn't wont anything to do with me. People can post any negative things about me and y'all can try to make my life difficult, y'all are nothing but mean cold hearted n**i scum.

I really don't care what people think of me they can get anyone agaisnt me they like girls I don't need any friends so I really don't care anymore.

I just would like to point out people can say my complaints are bogus.  Ya'll can also call me a deadbeat,  liar anything you wish.  My mother was In a car accident on 07/26/2006.  Which also caused her to loser her job. But I don't give a d**n anymore what people think.

All people have ever done was try to take my sanity bye lying about me.  And this goes for everyone who has,   made a bad comment about me In this report.  Its also sad that people can treat another human being like this 10 agaisnt 1.

My mother lost her job & was awarded unemployment benefits.  But the unemployment benefits wasn't enough to catch everything up. 

The car was repossessed on 02/2007 everything was just going bad,  because of this accident.  Know 4 years later 07/26/2010 still struggling because of the b***h old bat who caused this accident & all these financial problems.

And people can attack me personall all they feel like because this Is what happend.  Believe It don't believe It.  But people cannot stand It when I point out the truth.  They don't want the truth to be "EXPOSED". 

That Is why people call me a deadbeat,  & say my complaints are bogus.  Don't anyone dare support me that Is a crime. 

It just proves to show how corrupt things are these days.  And what great links people go threw to "SHUT YOU UP".

People can call me a liar,  deadbeat,  anything they feel like my mother was In a car accident on 07/26/2006 & was hurt bad.  Because the other driver pulled out Infront of my mother & my mother could not stop,  there was a withness to the accident.

My mother was rushed to the emergency room there was almost $4,000 worth of damange just to the front of the vehicle.  I have tired to explain this before but people,  just want to harass me.  My mother also lost her job because of this.

7 months after the accident 02/2007 vehicle got repossesed.  Because the only income my mother was receiving was unemployment.  I don't think Its fair for arrow to add on these interest.

Arrow has recently made a settlement offer of $650,   4 years later 07/26/2010 still struggle to make ends meet.  From this terrible accidents.  I also have the "Police Report".  Because all people do Is call me a liar or deadbeat.

I really don't care If they don't believe my mother had a accident,  4 years ago.  People just want to make me look bad.  Then my mother had problem with her jobs & was only on unemployment.  Which wasn't enough to catch everything up.

Why should we have to pay the price because of someone else carelessness.   But all people want to do Is put me down call me a liar & deadbeat.  To "RUIN" my "GOOD NAME".  And get people agaisnt me!.

Why do bad things always happend to me! I am a good person I don't bother anyone.  But all people want to do Is bully me & pick on me.  But I have no anger or bitterness agaisnt them.  Because this situation wasn't my mothers fault.

It was because of a careless driver who caused all these problems.  And all people want to do Is make my life unpleasant & miserable as much they can.

You are exactly right, Sherri. But, then, Chuckie has been told this time and again. As you said, if he can't blame someone else for his own screw ups, then he refuses to comment or changes the subject. And, Charles, that's exactly what you are - one big walking screw up. As stated before, you can't spell, you can't read, you can't hold a job....you're nothing but a skid mark left on the sheets of life.

I can't support you on this, because again, Charles, you lied from the very beginning in pretending again to be your mother. Being that your mother can't keep a job, she should have plenty of time to post her own gripes and complaints (and we would hope that her spelling and grammar would be somewhat more coherent). The facts speak for themselves on this matter. You took out a loan of some sorts, you failed to pay the loan, now you owe Arrow and STILL refuse to pay the loan. These are you own words. And, YES, it IS legal and proper for Arrow to continue to add interest until the loan is paid. Read the paperwork that YOU signed. If you know of some " invisible " law that states adding interest is illegal, please post it, as the rest of America would love to know about it. We are all waiting with baited breath..

I see stacy has had trouble with arrow. Sense stacy said she had never been In collection & always paid her bills. Then she calls everyone else a deadbeat. I read In another arrow report, she has dealt with them. Then she must had fallen behind on her bills. Then she said we deserve every bit of this, & she doesn't know our situation. Then stacy must be a deadbeat to. I bet all these people calling me a deadbeat has failed to pay a bill or two, then they are deadbeats to. Arrow has no right to make things harder for people, to add extra interest making It difficult to pay there balance of. But what do you expect out of thieves & frauds. Arrow punishes people buy adding interest. When things couldn't get any worse we know have to put up with these a******* It Is agaisnt the fair debt credit reporting act, & agaisnt federal trade commission rules. Even the federal trade commission says they can't add interest, but they do It anyways. Arrow Is nothing but a bunch of theives. This Is wrong for them to add interest, making It more difficult for people to pay off there debt. But arrow will get there karma. But these crooks are allowed to do this to people. Arrow Financial did the same thing to me. Original balance was like $250. By the time they were finished I had to pay over $1100. And they still kept it on my credit as unpaid. My company went out of business. As a result I had unpaid debt that originally totalled around $3000 which I could have paid easily but after Arrow and other companied added all their fees/penalties, the debt jumped to almost $20000. I now have to file bankruptcy.

When people don't pay their bills it affects the businesses. When it affects the companies it also affects the people who DO pay their bills. I have followed your "career" for some time on this site and it is time that you shut the hell up. You remind me of my ex-wife. She hit our son (he was 11) and broke his glasses which slashed his eye orbit. She then called the police and said that HE HIT HER! She was later diagnosed with "borderline personality disorder." People with the condition will lie, cheat, hurt themselves and do just about anything to get others to feel sorry for them. I and every other person on this site have gone through hard times. I worked 50 hours a week AND carried an 18 hour semester class load in college at the same time. You might not understand what that actually entails but those folks that have attended college will. My mother got hurt on the job last year, & received workmans comp payments $373 weekly. When people get credit cards they never know when they are going to lose their job. The card company sold the debt to Arrow to recover the money you owed them. Arrow is allowed to add fees and interest to the amount of debt. As someone who has been dealing with collection agencies for over 10 years, I can sympathize with everyone here. First, I believe those with legitimate debts should work with their creditors to pay them. Having said that, I also have come to realize that collection agencies don't have any real power or authority...to do anything, unless the consumer falls prey to their threats and intimidation tactics (they hope you do!). As stated above, I've dealt with collection agencies of ALL types for over 10+ years and have made it my goal to deal out some much deserved payback, all legal of course. You'll hear more about this and my program I've developed that's designed to take collection agencies out of the loop for good and may even provide a legal way to have those agencies who filed lawsuits in the past, espeially those who won a judgement via default, pay back the money to the consumer. Watch the news, papers, etc., for in a short time my program will be felt nationwide. For the basics, I have this to offer as advice. Never deal with a collection agency, because you don't have to. Soon it will become evident to the creditors that working with a collection agency is bad for business and hey, they'll actually lose money doing it, but make more by working with the consumer. People forget about the accident that happend 3 years ago. On 07/25/2006. Auto Owners insured caused all the problems & financial problems, caused my mother to lose her job, when my mother recovered from the accident. Then she had the slip & fall accident on 11/30/2007. I be glad to pay this off If I had the money. But circumstances beyond my control have occured. I was In a bad car accident 07/26/2006 & I was hurt on the job & I was fired because of the accident after I recovered just one thing after the other & I am on disabilty payments. Know my credit Is ruined & I am hurting. I only have enough money to pay my house payment & car payment & food. Those things are the most important things & I cannot quit paying them. But with all these things happening I still thank god I have a roof over my head & food.

I am writing this report on behalf of my mother who Is having problems with arrow. My mother was hurt on the job & Is currently on workers comp disability. My mother & her lawyer Is about to settle everything with her former employer & she can pay off everything that Is behind. I manipulate nobody & I question why I would be called that, what Is worse Is being unemployed with no income coming In & bills get behind your credit gets damanged. And you have to put up with nasty collection agencies like arrow. Who makes your life more difficult & create more problems which Is why I am so upset. We didn't create these problems & we are paying the price for them for no reason.

If Charles is indeed unemployed and/or collecting longterm disability, a credit card debt buyer has nothing to take from him assuming he is not a homeowner or has a car (no assets to attach a lien to). Disability income and SSI are not garnishable in any credit card judgment. Only exceptions are child support,student loans,government loans and state and federal income taxes. As far as bank levies go, if the only money going into his checking is disability or unemployment, that can't be levied either. To make a long story short, Charles has NO MOTIVATION to get a real job. He is judgment proof assuming he has no assets.Which poses this debate. Why would ANY CREDIT CARD COMPANY extend credit to someone on longterm disability or SSI? If they walk away they are judgment proof even with a default judgment . The system in this country is severely screwed up when people are enabled to draw up lame disability/SSI requests and get put on medicaid where all health,dental and prescriptions are FREE. It's a stinking joke. These people have again, NO MOTIVATION to get off the system. Most people who work like myself have to pay out copays for all medical and dental treatments and that is not always cheap. Blame the US GOVERNMENT on manipulators like Charles!

Let me guess you must work for arrow. I am unemployed on disability. I am not afraid let them try to take me to court. They cannot add more money to the original payments. Arrow thinks they are so smart. I still have there first collection letter with the original balance of $2200. Arrow added there interest late fees & why should we have to pay there collection fees. I am only paying what I owed. Arrow Is already asking me to settle for a lower amount, but I don't have the money @ this time.

WHEN A PURCHASER BUYS A DEBT(NOT DEPT) THEY CAN ALSO RESTART INT & FEES AS PER THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT

Hate to break it to you but you owe not only the original balance of your credit card but all interest, late fees and over limit fees that were due at the time of charge off. You may also be liable to reimburse the collection agency for their fees as well... If you owe the money and do not pay, eventually they can take you to court which will add more fees on top of that.....
