Ardyss International 1st Round Resale Selling Fake Ardyss Waist Cincher's Houston Texas
On July 4, 2016, I purchased what I believed to be an authentic clothing product. The product is a waist cincher that typically sells for $100.00, made by Ardyss. I went to a website titled Ardyss International believing that they were a distributor for Ardyss. I have purchsed many products like this in the past and am familiar with the packaging and look of the product. When the product arrived I noticed that the label did not have a name that said Ardyss. It was misrepresented for the size as it was most too small and the invoice appaeared as if someone took the Ardyss logo and printed it on a computer.
There was also a clause that said if the packaging is opened there is a $22.00 restock fee which I never incurred with true Ardyss products. In addition, how can one know if they want an item if they cannot open the packaging to obserce the item. I made numerous attempts to contact the company at 855-754-6311 to no avail. There are messages that state that if they have been reached during business hours to leave a message and someone will call back. To date noone has called back. When I began to research their company I found many websites stating that Ardyss International is a scam shop and sells fake products.
