I ordered a stove from this company over a month ago. The item was delivered a few days later damaged and broken. The delivery was scheduled to arrive between 3 and 9 o' clock.  It didnt arrive at that time so I went to bed. At 950 the front door rang and there were 2 people there with the stove. We had them leave it in the garage. It was dark so we could not see the stove. We should have refused it at that point but it was late and I needed it for the contractor the next day.

 Upon lifting the top the next day in daylight we found the glass top was cracked and broken. We called appliance connection and requested an RA number to have it sent back. After a few days we finally got an RA number and sent it back for a refund. I did not want another stove from them, just a refund.

There have been multiple calls to this company, each time I am told a different story and that my refund will be issued  within 5 days from the day I speak to the representative. They always use the same MO...they call their people who are in charge of refunds and then tell me it will be 5 days from the day I call. This has been the same story for almost a month now, still there is no refund. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge.
