Earlier this month I purchased a Laptop, Case, and Projector, along with some software from Apple. Most of it was recieved in good condition. However they shipped me a Projector case instead of a Projector. I called and complained and they accused me or someone at my company of stealing it. I reported it to the police and their investigation determined that it was not in the box when it was shipped. Not good enough for Apple. They still won't refund the purchase price or reship the product until they have completed their own investigation. In their own good time. Talk about arrogant. This takes the cake.

I told them that was fine I wanted to send the entire order back for a refund and I would buy someone elses products. They said ok at first until they looked at the order and then they said no way because they had added memory to the laptop before it was shipped and as such it was a custom item. Well they were also suppolsed to prinstall the software and they did not do that, so its not what I ordered. I have spoken with customer service and a customer service manager to no avail. I asked the manager to speak with his supervisor and he said fine that would take several days for her to call me back. This company takes the cake, and their customer service while normally good, really sucks when you really have an issue.

At one time I was an Apple advocate, this experience has taught me better, My recommendation "Buy another brand".

Its been almost a month and apple still has not completed there investigation and I still don't have either a refund or the projector. They called me back a couple of weeks ago to inform me they should have it resolved soon. I checked with them today and still no resolution.
