Aon travel insurance are refusing to pay my travel claim Garden City New York
My trip was canceled due to V.I. hurricanes in September. I purchased insurance thru Aon. My attorney says I have a valid claim. They denied it. I appealed and have sent tons of documentation they asked for. I emialed it to them twice. They denied receiving it although I cc'd a copy to myself and I got it both times. I then faxed it. I haven't heard back after 5 days. They said they would get back to me in 2 business days. I called today. They are closed due to the weather. We have gone 5 rounds. i am not going away. If they claim they didnt get my fax(verified it went through) I will send a certified letter to Ms. Valdez.
