I ordered a free fishing lure just pay shipping and handling. My account was charged 12.95. This was on April 1. Still haven’t seen the lures and today’s date is May 16. I have been sent emails saying that they will be delivered. But no lures yet. I feel like I have been scammed. What can be done about this matter if anything? Yours truly Bernie Stone.
