AMR LD Service ripoff fraudulent billing you don't even know you got ripped off business Carlsbad California
I got a monthly report from my bank here, found out that I got charged $59.99 twice, this month and last month.
I read this website and I actually called this company.
Talked to customer service and they said that they will cancel my name from their list and they said that they are actually a billing service company for telemarketer.
I am going to my bank right now to get my money back.
I'm very pissed off about this.

Our records show that your account was initially set-up following a long distance telephone solicitation that was offered in conjunction with a telemarketing or infomercial purchase that you made. The offer was for unlimited long distance calling on a one-month free trial basis. After the free month, you would have to cancel your service to avoid further charges. Your account is currently inactive in our system. Further, our records indicate that we did refund an amount of $59.95 to your credit card on June 11, 2002 following your contact to our customer service department. We trust that the above actions resolve all pending issues regarding your account. Thank you for bringing your complaint to our attention.
