I received an envelope in the mail for a scratch-off, match & win for a 1933 Gold Double Eagle Platinum-Accented Replica Archival Edition coin, which would sell for $89.95. The advertisement, Michael Young tell you for a short time that he is authorized to release a limited number of these coins at a special price for this exclusive Scratch and-Match offer. So when I scratch off the ticket and matched the 3 $$$, It told me: Match any 3 symbols and get your coin - an $89.95 value - for free! just send a payment of $6.95 for shipping and handling. So I did and a couple of weeks later, I received my packet in the mail,
opened it and found the coin I won plus a 1861 Paquet Double Eagle coin that I didn't order. Looking over the Invoice: the 1933 Gold Dbl. Eagle Replica was free. The 2" Vial of gold flakes were free but the 1861 Paquet Dbl. Eagle. I was billed for $89.95 which I did not order! which I called them and was told I had to buy it for they didn't send no return label in the packet for if you wanted to return it coin you could. BEWARE OF THE AMERICAN MINT SCAM: YOUR WINNING TICKET: Inside Is Your Opportunity To Scratch, Match and Win! What Will Your Savings Be? What savings! They stiff me for a coin I didn't order, that they didn't advertised along with the Scratch-off and Match ticket and was stuck paying for a coin I didn't order!
