I am writing a report because I purchased a product a wig from ali express.com later to realized the order was closed they then asked me to send a copy of my credit card my id and my credit card statement. I have never been asked that from a corporation. I was totally shocked I asked them why did they need that they stated to verify my card. I asked them will this shipped the product and they stated no I wiould have to reorder the product. I was totally shocked again in the chat it had chinese writing and the aganet explain they have no phone communication. I then asked why did you request my mobile information when I created a profile no response. Kity and Eva are reobotic machines and I guess their are no real people that work for this company. I hate I actually bought something from this website.
