This company is a scam.  Tony West won't say what city or state that he or the company reside in, I had asked him numerous times from day one.  He is evasive, he makes it sound like he's somewhere in the midwest but for Paypal he uses a Manhattan Beach, CA address.

He disregarded all labor laws and didn't pay me for 29 days.  During the time I was emailing him to ask for my check he threatened contact from his attorney and a lawsuit.  I wanted to talk to his attorney but unfortunately he never contacted me.

Tony West had 1 sales plan:  on a sales call he instructed his entire sales staff (3 people) to go on the HOME ADVISOR website and call all of their servicers and get them to sign with Aisle32 because it was cheaper.  That was it, just steal from the competition.  He is a thief and a liar and he knows it because he is hiding from everyone.

Aisle 32 is A Completely Stable And Great Company - Ignore The Employee That Was Fired For Not Doing Her Job

#2UPDATE Employee

Tue, July 10, 2018

In regards to the review that was posted by the young lady who was a former employee for a few weeks, this matter has been resolved long ago. If you see her last reply, you will see that she stated it was resolved as well. She just didn't go into full detail in regards to how she was wrong about everything and how she should've simply listened to the fact that we were telling the truth.

This was simply a matter of Paypal holding her last paycheck because of their process. Even though multiple emails were sent to her showing screenshots of this from Paypal, this lady was angry about her previous company before us and would not listen. We told her many times how long it would take Paypal to resolve and even gave her the reference number to call them herself to verify. She would not listen.

This is why she was fired in the first place. She simply did not listen and could no way be a part of the team because she did not do her job properly. Customers complained about her. After sending her all proof that her final paycheck would be released from them on a specific date, which it was, she continued to threaten to put lies on websites like this out of spite. From that point only is when we said we would file suit against her for posting false information. Any company in their own right would do the same thing. It's a shame, however, that people in general try to post things like this online to damage the reputation of a company or person knowing they are in the wrong. It's also a shame that people lie on their resumes saying they are seasoned sales professionals adding false references. We have all detailed emails from our end and hers showning proof of my statements above by the way.

This company however is great to work for and is working very hard to build up to be number one in the industry.
