My apologies, but you are incorrect about Ace Wigs having a "No Return Policy" If you had actually read the policy, you would know what I am referring to.
Nowhere on the Policy does it state that we do not accept returns. In fact, there is a dedicated form specifically designed for customers wanting to send back their product.
When a backorder does occur, an auto-generated email is sent to notify
the customer. Sometimes this message ends up in a spam folder.
Yes, there are guidelines about how returns are processed, like any other business of this type. I ask that any customer who is having an issue please email me, (my address is under "Contact us" on www.acewigs.com)
I'm not sure what brand you ordered, however, back orders do occur quite frequently in this business. If you research other online wig retailers, you will find that this is not an isolated problem.
