This was the worst car rental company I have ever used. The car was filthy, I had to clean the windows in order to see, the interior was also dirty. I was given the car with half a tank of gas although I'm sure the provious renter was charged for a full tank. I was quoted $116 on cheaptickets.com and by the time they were done $650 was taken from my account. I was forced to take the OPTIONAL insurances because I could not provide proof of insurance at 11:30pm. I offered to have my insurance company fax proof of insurance the following morning but that was not acceptable. The only way to remove the insurances would have been to drive back to their office (3 hours each way) during normal business hours to sign a new form. Although I did notice that the person in front of me only had to provide the name of his insurance company. The employees were rude, slovenly, and all were foreign. The van driver would not even put my suitcase in the van.
