Hi iam a current employee responding on the bait n switch comments the ads for the paper are sometimes printed months in advance and the manufactures dont deliver on time sometimes, but if we dont have the advertised piece u will get a raincheck or they will give u a better model of the same brand for the same price. I have worked for the company for over ten years as a salesman our job is to take care of the customer no matter what even if we have to sell the piece way under cost.So to the people who say that we are a bait-n-switch company thats not true and if u have a problem go to the manager hes there to help u out in anyway remember we want your business thats y we are here because without you there would be no abcwarehouse.

Thanks for the above comment to my complaint. The Findlay, Ohio store is known for not having advertised products in stock. I am not the only one here in Findlay that experienced the same problem with that store here in Findlay. If they do have any of the items in their flyer they only have one or 2 at the most. They expect people to buy another similiar product, usually at a higher price, if the customer comes in and finds the advertised item out of stock already. I will not shop that store again in Findlay and I will not recommend any ABC Warehouse store just for that reason that they do not stock enough of what they advertise in their flyers. Having only one or two of each item for a sale is not a sale, it is a plot to draw customers into the store in hopes they will buy a similiar product.

I am a manager in the Mansfield Ohio store. This complaint is not uncommon. If handled correctly this situation would never have happened. We as a company have 90 days to fulfill any and all requests relating to our advertised pieces. While some unseasoned sales people might try and play off these short comings, a true professional would always offer the sale of said piece. We cannot control how manufactures supply the goods that we purchase. And i will bet dollars to donuts that the offered piece was a much more expensive piece with more features, offered at a competitive price. The use of "bait and switch" tactic's is not taught or tolerated. Proper customer service is the key to staying in business. So i apologize for these experiences. Please feel welcome to visit our mansfield store anytime. Britt
