A.A.A. Pest Protection Aka Bill Robles ripoff extremely rude to his clients, and DOESN'T BACK UP HIS COMPANY GUARANTEE. Fort Lauderdale Florida
I called AAA Pest Protection Inc because there was some unseen bugs feasting on myself and anyone who came over. We never saw the bugs, AAA told us they were mites, also known as "No Seeums".
I am a college student who is more often than not BROKE, so I wanted a company that would gaurantee their services. I asked AAA over the phone if they gauranteed their services and the woman I spoke to said yes.
I called back a few days later to make and appointment and asked if there was a gaurantee, and they said yes. When the guy came to spray the house, I asked him AGAIN if they had a gaurantee, and they said 'yes' They even gave me a receipt that says '60 days guarantee'. In total, the cost for spraying and inspection and the follow up visit was $160.
Well, one short week later, I was getting bit again. So I called them, and they came and sprayed. Then they asked me for $40 , and I said "no'. Instead of arguing with the man, I called the owner Bill Robles, a nasty rude person (I can't even imagine what it must be like working for him) who told me that "we don't guarantee mites" and that "we never said that".
To me, this was ludicrious. THREE different people told me they gauranteed the service, and I HAD IT IN WRITING and they still wanted to charge me. Not to mention there are still bugs in my house! We argued on the phone for a while, and he hung up on me, and then without authorization he CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!
This company is a rip off and a scam. Bill Robles is extremely rude to his clients, and DOESN'T BACK UP HIS COMPANY GUARANTEE. When arguing with him, he made it seem like I was making it up, instead of taking it up with his employees for LIENG to get a sale. Don't use their services, they will RIP you off.
