Complaint Review: 407 cheap tickets - Internet Florida

Wow, I cannot believe that Gerald had the nerve to post that that report was all a lie and that "no one has ever had a problem with our tickets." I am also proof that your company scams people.  I am no competitor, I am a small town 21 year old woman who works full time for AT&T. I purchased two Disney park hoppers for my birthday and was told the same thing from your employee Susanne, that they were "straight from the park" and "200% guaranteed." All of that was a lie! Every word, I bet that competitor story is just something that spewed from your compulsive lying mouth as well.

Do you know what the word scam means? It's when you pay for services or products and never get them. That is exactly what your "company" did to me and more than likely many many others.

I went to use them yesterday after driving all the way there, paying for gas and $14 for parking. Only to go to the will call and get told the card used to buy my tickets was blocked. Of course I tried to contact Susanne at (321)230-6929 and your main number of (866)420-6235 only to get to the voice mail. Over and over for an hour. Never got a reply or answer from anyone! I was scammed and was even told that by a Disney manger.

Gerald Shullen, your business is so many foul words that I cannot say here. Susanne even suggested rides for me to go on and almost sold me more "tickets" after I purchased the first but before I got to attempt to use them. I can't believe you can live with yourself after ruining so many people's ,what should be, magically days. I wonder how many other people and families you scammed for their birthdays, anniversaries and holidays. I will let everyone I can know how fake your company is! I will post my story on everything possible. I will also take my story to the media.

Gerald Shullen if you are such a man of your word compensate me for the $140 I spent on tickets, the $30 for gas and $14 for parking. Oh and don't forget that "200% guarantee" so that would be double that $184. I know it might not be much to you but that was MY money that I worked hard for and I want it back. I'm sure the other people who post the reports I've seen would like to be compensated too!

No wonder none of your "credentials" ever post anything because you have none! If you do want to contact me Gerald it won't be hard just check your voicemail or ask Susanne. Even though I doubt I'll ever hear from either of you.

Any other wary consumers please don't give into this farce attempt at a redemption, it is all lies! I also have posted a report detailing my expierience if you want to read it. Listen to me and the original report poster, this company is a scam! I am not an angry person but just reading what lies he wrote I did not want anyone reading to believe his story and have that as the last impression. That's all it is, a story, trying to get more money. Don't let him do it to you!

This is Gerald Schullen the owner of 407cheaptickets.com.  I am filing this rebuttal to this absurd story that one of my competitors ran on this site.  We have NEVER had a problem with anyone using the tickets we sell.  As a matter of fact our tickets come directly from the parks themselves and we have plenty of references to prove that, as a matter of fact I will be contacting them to put the experience they have had with us on this site to prove it.

I would normally not even dignify these allegations with a response because it is quite clearly someone who has been trying to put me out of business for quite some time now, that's right we know who you are, as a matter of fact, most of the people that you scam end up coming to us for tickets and we actually get it for them, but I have had 4 customers today back out of deals due to your lies so I am about to set the record straight.

We deal with E-Tickets and Will-Call tickets which come directly from the park.  We offer the ability to contact the park to verify the validity of our tickets.  We do accept Greendot, but we also accept all major credit cards/debit cards, google checkout, and soon to accept paypal.  Everyone who purchases tickets through us receive their tickets within 24 hours of purchase and are able to go to the parks, and if there are any problems, which we have yet to encounter, we offer a 200% moneyback guarantee on our tickets.

I do not know what else to say, again we have never ripped anyone off, and we plan on arbitrating to get this LIE about us removed.  And again, you should be ashamed of yourself, not only do YOU scam people out of money and not give them their tickets, but you also try to take a good ticket broker out of business with slander?  Trust me, you will be closely watched, we know where your office is on HWY 192 and we are waiting for the next people you rip off because we will facilitate them in finding you and having you arrested, along with the lawsuit we will be bringing down on you for Libel and slander. 

That is all I have to say.  I will respond to any rebuttals and I will have my clients post their experiences with us soon on here so that the truth can finally come out.  Again to the poster of this fraudulent rip-off report maybe you should run your business correctly instead of running our honest business into the ground.  You people are real scum!
