In March of 2003 I went to Danielle's Spa expecting it it be my dream day at the spa. I spent over $350.00 on my massage and hair. The day started out nice with my massage and went on to the worst hair stylist I've ever known. I was told that when I got there I could consult with the stylist and find a hair style that would fit me best. He refused to do that with me and just said "Lets just trim your hair up a little". Then I also ask him what kind of highlights would look good in my hair because when I called for my appointment I was told that my stylist could do anything I wanted.

He said "No way, I can't do highlights I don't have time for that, I have all of these stupid last minute appointments". So I was disappointed about that, then it got worse. He washed my hair and he only spent about 2 minutes trimming and then It was time to blow dry. He dropped the blowdryer once and the brush and comb 5 or more times and didn't even get a new one - He picked up the same brush - gross - do you believe it? Then he had to find the straight iron. So he looked around for that for 5 minutes accusing someone of stealing it. After he found it, he burt my head with it 3 times and dropped the clips that were holding my hair in sections and the straight iron twice.

Then I asked him how to do a criss cross part in my hair and he said really loud " Get with the 20th Century nobody does that anymore" he just made me feel so insulted and made me sink in my seat with everyone just starring at me. Throughout the whole time he complaind about his last minute appointments - which I happened to be one of them, how he didn't even get lunch yet and how he was going to pretend to escort me upstairs to get a break - it was customer appreciation day the day I went. This was the worst spa experience ever. That just totally ruined the whole day.

I called 2 managers there to try to get a refund but nobody returns my calls. I will NEVER go back.

I just read Ms. Tera's apparently negative experience at Danielle Spa. I am part of the senior management team and I am very sorry to hear that Ms. Tera's expectations were not met. I would appreciate Ms. Tera calling me at the office and leave a number where I can call her back. I would like to see how we can make sure this never happens again. George, Senior Manager
