Sorry I ever tried this company!

1. It was expensive to get started.

2. Instructions seemed easy till applied.

3. Then they didn't offer much help when there was a problem--and you have to wait on email responses.

4. Peter Valley said they have no phone. The number associated with their charges works and offers voicemails but he claims they don't get them.

5. They don't care that the system doesn't work for someone but continue to charge their monthly fees which are also expensive, esp when the system isn't working.

6. They charge at the end of a period so when asking for a refund they refuse, claiming it was used even when it wasn't.

7. They don't refund for any reason, regardless of circumstances.

8. They take advantage of people, not respecting, and they take advantage of their access to credit accounts.

9. After notifying of cancellation by voicemails and emails, they continued to charge many months. So I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

10. I wasted a lot of money.
