Zeffy Zeffy Takes Donations and Does Not Turn Them Over!
My Granddaughter's basketball team set up fundraising donations through Zeffy. Zeffy refuses to turn over the money collected which is quite a bit. They keep coming up with excuses of needing one form ir another then when it is provided they delay and come up with another form they want. Never provided a list prior tonsetting up with them and no list now. Just nit picking to keep from turning over funds. The group tried to just refund to the donors who agreed to just donate direct. Zeffy agreed to the refunds for some but are delaying others for 60 days with no reason provided!
just do not use them!
