I have a Motorcycle Financed through Yamaha Financial Services that was prevoiusely managed by Synchrony Bank. In January of 2020 Yamaha sent out a lettter stating that Yamaha Financial Services would now be servicing the loans themselves and with an incorrect account number on it.
I mailed my next payment to the wrong account number that was provided by Yamaha Financial Services. Soon after the payment was made Yamaha Financial Services sent out a letter correcting the account number error.
Now they are claiming I missed a payment which I did not. Multiple calls to Yamaha Financial Services have been nothing but frustrating if you can even get through, the person on the other end can just read a computer screen and offers no help. DO NOT USE Yamaha Financial Services. I now have no recourse but contact an attorney.

What was the response you received from Yamaha Financial Services when you offered to send them a copy of the cancelled check?
