This is a highly unethical company. I won an auction off there site and have not received it even though their website says it shipped 11 days ago.

NO ONE ever answers the phone number on the homepage of their website. It just plays music ever ending. They advertise on TV and state on their website how fast and efficient their customer service is and they reply in 48hrs.

I have now not had a reply to any email for the last 6 days asking where the tv is I purchased.

I have reported them to trading standards with copies of my emails as they should be not trading with these appaling levels of service and the fact you cannot contact them.

There claims of cheap goods are also bending the truth.

Ypou have to buy bids that cost between 10-25p depending if they have an offer on. Then to bid in 1p increments actually costs 4-6 bids!"! (or 40p - 1.25 per bid). Therefore if they say you can get an ipod at a fraction of the cost , say 8 in an auction. They actually mean people have had to bid a total of upto 800 x 1.25 or 1000 TO WIN A 100 i-pod......now can you see how profitable it is!!

It's time there advertising on TV was looked into and there appaling customer service addressed.

If I dont receive my TVa this week I will personally be visiting their offices with a TV crew.
