Back in April 2020 we FINALLY pulled the trigger on a Plasma unit and excitedly placed a phone order. Was advised that there would be a slight ETA delay till August 2020 for delivery. We called for a follow-up closer to our delivery month and was able to finally get in touch with a rep. Was advised it would be pushed off till October 2020 for delivery due to issues with staffing and lack of materials due to Covid-19.
When it came closer to the time we called and emailed - was never able to get in touch with anyone. Cut-to present day... NOTHING! No more ability to contact them through a phone number and emails dont get returned, actually, Chris Wright emailed back once to tell us to call our bank for a 'Charge-Back'... this has been OVER the time line for such a thing to happen.
Bank told us to basically pound sand, it was too late! Chris Wright has ripped off so many other consumers of their hard earned money! Took it and ran! Chris, do the right thing - RETURN OUR MONEY!!! CONTACT US!
