WRI Property Management Ameritrust Resipro Resicap Rented a house that was uninhabitable
This company does not respond to maintenance requests, even emergencies. Heat turned off in December due to illegal contractor, Flooded house for 3 weeks Mold
Sends multiple vendors for estimates, some don't show up, then the company claims thattenant refused to let vendor in, burst pipes, sewage backed up from clogged drain.
extremely unorganized in communication, same complaints from people all over united states landlord retaliation, health violations, realtor knows about issues and still rents out the properties.
will not release air quality tests to prove the house is fixed. please contact me if you are in ohio. April, 2019
