Winnipeg Sprinkler Dan Childs Fraud alert Winnipeg Manitoba
They half asse their work and ask for payment then leaves before completing the project. Like many clients before, Dan childs ghosts me and did not follow through with his contraft. His work is shody and leaves you with a pile of unexpected expenses. Piles dirt on your lawn and does not remove the excess dirt. They do not pack the excess dirt back into the hole leaving lots of settling and further foundation issues.
They claim to blueskin and tar their work but after digging the worksite up he didnt even blueskin the foundation resulting in further foundation issues. He does not get the required permits to do work correctly and disappears when you question him if he has applied for permits. He talks big game but runs away from his problems and his negotiated contracts. He gives you every excuse in the book whybhe is late or can't finish a project. He does not honor his 25 year warranty or quotes you a 2-3 year wait period for any warranty concerns which is unacceptable for any homeowner.
