To whom it may concern, today is November 23rd and I would like to report the company "vroom”. Back in July I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, I paid $500.00 down with my credit card and had my bank wire $19,000-25,000 to the company. The car was delivered July 15th 2021 but I never received any paperwork besides a temp tag and they told me they were "working on it”. Vroom gave me a rental which now has been extended three times and is now over again on December 2nd 2021.

We can not get in touch with vroom, Im put on hold and nobody comes to the phone for hours at a time. I would go out every other day to start the Hyundai and now all of a sudden as of 2 weeks ago the battery or alternator is bad, the car won’t even start and I only drove it for a month (which ended in August) due to the temp tag expiring.

Any help with this would be a big blessing, I’m an 85 year old women and was obviously scammed and without my daughters help and spreading word through you guys, I won’t be able to do anything about the money I lost. Thank you so much for your time and hope to hear from you guys soon.
