Union Repair Never sent parts ordered, never sent refund they promised Shenzhen LongHua
On January 16, 2024 I ordered a battery, a display, and a special clutch cover for my 2012 MacBook Pro, 15" model A1398. The cost of these parts from Union Repair was $333.00 plust $53.00 in shipping charges, a PayPal service charge of $14.77 and a discount of $16.65. The total charge made throug my PayPal account and applied to my Visa Credit Card came to $384.12. The order number was 2171906.
On January 17, 2024 I received an email from Union Repair stating that they had to refund $42.00 which was the charge for the battery because they could not ship the battery to me in West Virginia from China.
On January 18, 2024 I went on Union Repair's website and engaged in a chat window with someone named Zoe. Here is a transcript of that chat:

I asked to cancel the order (because I found the problem and fixed it without the parts I had ordered). Zoe said it had been shipped but checked and found that DHL could return the products and she would refund the remaining balance of $342.12 the next day, January 19, 2024 and the refund would go back to my PayPal Account.
January 19th came and went but no refund. On January 20th I filed a complaint with PayPal. On January 21, 2024 I received an email from a woman named Grace Xing saying that she had spoken with Zoe and assured me that the refund would be made on January 22, 2024. But still no refund as I write this complaint (it is January 23rd in China so Zoe did not refund my money on January 21st, China time.
I've never received any kind of DHL tracking number, I've never received the products, and when i check the order status now, Union Repair says they're on backorder which contradicts what Zoe and Grace told me which was that the order was canceled as I requested.
